The Kiangundo factory (which is similar to a co-op) resides in the foothills of the Aberdare range overlooking Mount Kenya. Approximately 480 producers from small plots deliver to this factory. The factory has been open since the late 1970’s. It is one of five wet mills that belong to the Kiama Farmers Cooperative Society. The coffee is grown in rich volcanic soil. We enjoy the delightful notes of stone fruit, rhubarb and honey in this coffee.
