This coffee is from the Cooperativa Regional Mixta de Agricultores Organicos de Sierra Limitada (Co-op RAOS). 250 smallholder farms contribute a majority of heirloom varieties to the co-op. Climate, altitude and the varieties being grown here are helping to optimize the output from this region. Crisp lemony acidty with notes of toffee and lemongrass.
