Here is a little gem that I've come to love. Flores is a very, very small Indonesian island. Very little coffee is produced there due to the lack of suitable land. It's a very smooth coffee with a unique, tobacco-like flavor. Medium acidity and pleasant, lingering aftertaste. You must try it if you're a fan of Sumatra, Sulawesi or Java.
