Kirk Knipmeyer

Kirk is the only person in the company who was born and raised in New Orleans (proper), and his "Y'at" accent gives it away. He works primarily with our wholesale customers to create and maintain exceptional coffee programs. He's a member of the Barista Guild of America and is a Certified Gold Cup Technician.
Jenny Kennedy

Jenny is our effervescent office manager. She processes website orders and phone orders with a smile. She works hard to make sure every order is processed correctly and promptly. One of our customers said Jenny is always smiling and pleasant. A joy to work with.
Tom Oliver

Tom is Bob's partner at OCE. He is also a Pendleton Man. Tom works primarily on the wholesale side of our business dealing with coffeehouse customers and restaurants.
Roast Master

Dinora is our Production Manager. She manages the production staff that fills orders and gets them shipped out.
Bob Arceneaux

Bob is the co-owner Orleans Coffee Exchange. He buys all of the "green" coffee and works with Elden Spear on how all the coffees are roasted.
He occasionally travels to far-away lands to visit coffee farms and meet producers. He currently serves as an executive council member of the Roasters Guild, an organization devoted to the continuing education of coffee roasters around the country.
