Bob is the owner of Orleans Coffee, and is also the green coffee buyer for the company. He and a few members of the staff "cup coffees" to determine if they meet the criteria for purchase.
He occasionally travels to far-away lands to visit coffee farms and meet coffee growers and exporters. He is a 2 time past member of the Roasters Guild, a sub-group of the Specialty Coffee Assn. of America. an organization devoted to the continuing education of coffee roasters around the country and the world.

Kirk Knipmeyer

Kirk Knipmeyer


Location: New Orleans, LA

Kirk is the only person in the company who was born and raised in New Orleans (proper), and his "Y'at" accent gives it away. He works primarily with our wholesale customers to create and maintain exceptional coffee programs. He's a member of the Barista Guild of America and is a Certified Gold Cup Technician.

Mark Kennedy

Mark Kennedy


Location: Metairie, LA

Mark is our longest tenured member of our staff. He's been with us since "back in the day." He's flavored coffee, filled orders, made deliveries, and been our production manager and even office manager for a while.
He is now our Lead Technician and services espresso machines, grinders and brewers that we sell. Mark is a valuable member of our staff. He's not too bad at smoking a pork butt, either.

Jenny Kennedy

Jenny is effervescence. She takes care of (almost) everything with a smile. She works hard to make sure everything goes smoothly. She is always pleasant, a joy to work with.

Heather Rousseau

Heather Rousseau


Location: Kenner, LA

Heather heads up our Production Dept. overseeing that all invoices get processed and all orders get filled and shipped on time.

Peyton Jones

Peyton Jones


Location: Metairie, LA

Peyton has been with us for 4 years. He works side by side with Heather in the production room and with Adam in the roasting department trying to keep up with all the coffee orders. He joins us when we need to cup coffees for purchase or quality control. He's got a great palate.
